PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Constant Contact has great support team that is always available for help. My team doesn’t have some special tech skills and they often ask for help, CC team is always responsible and ready to solve the problem. Its templates are easy to navigate and they are customizable, it allows us to create professional-looking emails. We can easily upload list of contacts in order to send it via email. It provides us with real-time data in open rates and clicks. The unsubscribe options are easy to manage.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We hold four location and the problem is that we can’t schedule more than 2 emails at the same time. The navigation can be complex and it can get fussy and we have to figure out the right place to click. Also, there are some issues when copy/paste text and formatting in the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to Constant Contact we are able to keep in touch with our audience and to let them know what’s going on at our locations. It helps us to keep track of cancelled memberships.
