What are the best aspects of this product?

With Constant Contact I can easily manage my emails lists and organize them into categories. I can easily manage customer lists thanks to import/export lists features, I like that we can easily import new customers. I like that our emails rarely finish into spam folders. With its customization options I can easily design an email so I can better represent our company’ brand.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don’t like is that the company branding can be found only on premium subscriptions, when working with other mail managing software by purchasing the Premium version we can remove the branding but with this one even with Premium plan still includes the branding. I don’t like that there are limited functionalities for targeted campaigns.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to Constant Contact we can easily follow up our clients and to generate interest in using our services in the future. We can launch email marketing campaigns and add services and reminders for our customers.
