What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it allows me to keep track of those who open the newsletters and interacting with them. I’m able to see how many times the emails were opened and how many times they go directly to trash. Also, I’m able to see when someone is clicking on internal links and what content they interact with and are interested in seeing. I like that I always know what’s interesting for my public.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have found out that working from templates can be limited. This is great for those who don’t have design skills but I personally feel that it limits my design ability. Also, sometimes it crashes and I have to constantly save while working with it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I like that this tool helps us to be in Constant Contact with our audience and to keep track of their’ interests. The benefits we have from using this tool is the ability to know what kind of information is important to our users.
