What are the best aspects of this product?

Contentful is a super flexible software that really helps us update our content without having to spend too much money. It's easy to use so we can do the content updating in-house. It allows us to preview content while it's on draft, and add helper text to guide other members of the team who didn't work on it. And the language option is awesome!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It might be "too" user-friendly that it seems really easy to have accidental changes in your workspace.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We mainly use Contentful to deliver our content to a certain target group. It wasn't easy to do before, but thanks to Contentful and its amazing tools, we can do it in simple clicks.
