What are the best aspects of this product?

Contentful is able to organize and present data and content effectively. The content models are awesome. It also has a great way to cache images and data.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could improve on the following: (1) sorting and filtering of data sets because it's not optimized; (2) abstractions because it takes a lot of work right now; and (3) logging of changes because it's currently not recording data history.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us a lot in handling dynamic data! It helps us understand better the errors in both back-end and client-side.
