What are the best aspects of this product?

Our whole team thinks that Contentful is the best content platform available in the market. The user interface is really intuitive. Getting on board with the app was really seamless. It has reliable and fast features like content delivery, content modeling, and JavaScript SDK. It serves as an accessible storage for all our content assets.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't have a rich text editor so this function is really limited. I can't simply do a superscript or subscript.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Contentful prevented content duplication in all our platforms. It allows our content creators to be flexible, and the development overhead was reduced.
