What are the best aspects of this product?

This is an amazing software with a great developer experience! It definitely does a lot of things that its competitors can't. And getting started with it is seamless.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they would add sample content models as a guide to make it easier for us to change ours.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Contentful made it easier for us to build a blog system.
