PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

CF has all the features a customer builder requires for less than a fraction of the price of most of the competitors like builderlink. We use the daily log feature everyday. The gantt chart feature is amazing.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The updates is very frequent and sometimes will have some glitches. However they do fix it in a timely manner.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to see the customer portal for the client log in and check the processing of the project by themselves.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We combine project management and financial record on the same platform which leads to less clutter for management.
