What are the best aspects of this product?
This is a comprehensive software, that my company has integrated into everyday use. The aspect I like the most is that it is always improving. The innovators working in the background at Contractor Foreman are constantly seeking to optimize.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although initially we had a one-on-one consultant to help with set up, continued support generally happens through an internal chat system. This can be great and very efficient, but sometimes it was necessary to talk out a situation in order to better understand each other. Texting or chatting can be a tough form of communication at times. Overall, we just ended up scheduling a phone call and sorted things out.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A call-in support line.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We needed one system that would function for tasks in all of our departments. After a lot of research, we found Contractor Foreman to be the solution. Integrating this into our company has changed us from the insight out :) - every department and every level of our company uses the program which has created excellent continuity in our business.
