Got ripped off by Contractor Foreman.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Trial version. Pricing per month was the reason I gave it a shot and then it turned out to be a downside since a 100% money-back guarantee is a trap where you have to read their policies and terms and meet certain criteria in order to qualify. Ended up costing me 6 months' worth of subscription for 6 days of using Contractor Foreman.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The system is designed with a very rigid structure not allowing for customizations.
Not all tables communicate data to each other creating multiple points for redundant data entry. The contractor Foreman online chat is not the online chat that you think it would be, it takes your information and sends an email to support and it takes 6-24 hours for them to respond, they just email you later so nothing is going to appear in the "online" chat.
Contractor Foreman failed to follow their own policy to notify us about the amount they planning to charge and the method of payment before the end of the trial.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Better customer service, actual online chat instead of the fake.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

None. Already canceled subscription and my account got deactivated already.
