What are the best aspects of this product?
The main aspects, used within my job duties, include purchasing, helping project managers with quotes and projects, cost item data base, and directory. With in these categories, I really like the ease of purchasing from a vendor. You can easily access your inventory within the cost item data base. Cost item data base has great ways to keep things organized as well. We experience price increases, which can easily be noted and changed within the database. I find it easy to produce a quote over the phone from a PM and transition to a project.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I also work with scheduling the crews. That is one problematic area for me because the view of the schedule isnt as organized as I would like it to be.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I would like to see the capability of duplicating a project.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The biggest issue solved was less programs used to run the company.
