What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how much this product has to offer overall. I have been trying to find software that handles the in-office needs but also the in-the-field needs as well. This is such a great app and program and not expensive and ala cart like the others. I can\'t wait to see what else Contractor Foreman comes out with.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I wish there was a way to change your estimate type/proposal type, we do a lot with lump sums and allowances and not so much by the unit so I wish there was a way to alter this. Also the cost codes there should be more involved and other options, a few aspects are missing that I would have in there such as interior doors and other small items. Also with the subcontractors, we track their insurance policies, and just like with the permits I wish there was a tracker and area specific to the insurance certificates for each subcontractor. Also, we pay out invoices for all the bills that come in for materials and subcontractors and then we get paid back from the clients invoicing and project balance. There should be a way to
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
More Subcontractor availability for the documents, lien releases, certificates of insurance. Would also like to see lump sum/ allowance options as it would really work great with the committed and actual option.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
So far the way we calculate and track. I am still working on getting projects loaded and learning the system myself. I wish there was one-on-one training with the ability to have someone from the contractor foreman remote access the desktop and help me with certain items.

The cost for the product itself had a free trial which made the implementing very cost effective. The time it took due to our already running projects and the learning of the product is where the time is
