What are the best aspects of this product?

This is the best priced software for the amount of features, and support is always readily available during normal working hours.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The timesheets feature and its reporting needs to be fixed/improved before I can call this software perfect. Loading times of pages could be better.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

None at this time, just improvement on existing features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been able to compile our quoting, materials handling, job costing, and onsite job reporting into a single software.
