What are the best aspects of this product?
It has been a wonderful experience and has made life much easier. It is extremely user friendly and very cost effective. Quite possibly the best Project Management purchase to date. It is extremely easy to use and even easier to set up. I have been training employees over the past month and a half and they have all taken to it wonderfully. The ease of set up has been the best.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have no issues that I can point out, currently. It works exactly as it should. It does what it is supposed to and it is easy to teach others.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
This is very hard to answer since Contractor Foreman updates at the beginning of every month. They have expanded dramatically over the past two years and we have no complaints.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Project management and document control, as well as managing work related emails and other documents. We use this program to also hand our Change Order Requests.
