What are the best aspects of this product?
ContractRoom did a good job in shaving off time for my sales team. It did so by eradicating the usual slugging happening between contract negotiations. Before, we utilized Hellosign (and other platforms like it) when were smaller. We shifted to Docusign as we started to grow. Thing is, both were missing product functionality or the pricing was too high for what they're both capable of. Thanks to ContractRoom, it propelled our team to push with the agreement way faster than what we were able to do with our previous tools.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We felt we weren't good enough to move forward given our company credentials. Contract management appears to be one heck of a saturated market. We talked about moving on with Salesforce. Thing is, the're no Salesforce integration available. That would've been a long term issue if we continued pursuing it.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're finally getting rid of the archaic setup seen in contract management.
