Native integration with almost all leading Email Service Providers in the market thus making it the preferred choice for me. Zapier integration is coming soon.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Although there is an option to add custom CSS, it can include a bit more customization and styling options to help non-coders design with ease. But they still provide support for any customizations you might need. A live chat option would also help to a great extent.

Using it for Lead generation, creating simple opt-in forms, inline widgets, and pop-ups. The kind of control you have over how, when and what widget to show is simply amazing. Not everyone has a designer gene inside them and this tool addresses the problem with its beautiful and professionally designed templates which can be completely customized to meet our goals and expectations.
