What are the best aspects of this product?
A great On-Site Conversion Tool. Very beautiful UI, extremely easy to use and setup. Doesn't disrupt site speed in any way and lead generation and reporting process is amazing.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I didn't find anything problematic as such. It is being updated regularly and new features are added frequently.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Already in love with what we have. Though always look forward to more modern and minimalistic popup templates.

I use Convertful to generate leads on my site during user's first visit, exit intents and dozens of other users behavior.
