Best conversion widget for websites that I have found

What are the best aspects of this product?

There are 2 things I like best, first the integrations and not only the fact that they integrate with many of my existing tech stack, but that you can send leads to multiple integrations at the same time. The second is the ease of designing widgets. They have the most flexible way to design a widget any way you want with a large selection of elements to add and lots of columns, rows, background, font, and even CSS support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish it would integrate with Zapier and I think they are planning that. Either that or add webhooks as an integration option.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

The zapier integration is the main one, but I would also like to see more widget options like social proof templates and website broadcast/alerts which I think they are working on.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I was using Leadboxes by Leadpages but wanted to get off that platform. I couldn't find another conversion widget that allowed me to design the widget to look similar to the leadbox and have the 2-step opt-in functionality. Convertful was the easiest and most powerful way to do it with their designer and integrations.
