What are the best aspects of this product?
The best thing about this product is the ease of use in creating a variety of opt-in forms from widgets to sliders to pop-ups. Just install the WordPress plugin, connect the API to your mail program and everything else is a piece of cake. Wish I'd discovered this sooner.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Wish Convertful was bundled with email providers. This isn't Convertful's fault, but it would be nice to have them automatically integrated from the get-go. Get on it, providers!
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
I'd love to see the integration of creating full landing pages (such as LeadPages) right in the software. If they can make landing pages as easy as they have opt-ins, that would be amazing!
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were jumping from one opt-in software trial to another before we found Convertful. The price is right--and the software just works. Period.
