What are the best aspects of this product?
I love how easy the UI is to build the widgets. They come out clean and are easy to add to your project.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Compared to some other tools the amount you can modify the widgets can be limited by the systems constraints. This makes the process very intuitive and the results clean, although, if you need to move elements around such as with convertpro then you may feel restricted.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Customization of widgets based on personalized results. Weather, localization, referring sites, etc.

I work with small businesses and this has been a great tool to help clients get more leads and inform their users.
