What are the best aspects of this product?

The software has literally everything you need to capture leads. Very smooth to use and very intuitive. Overall the one stop shop for all things related to lead capture...trumps every overpriced competitor in the niche.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

the app is perfect, and they keep adding new features. 1 feature I would like to see is a Ryan Levesque style - "ASK campaign" and a wheel of fortune
