What are the best aspects of this product?

Im liking the ability to easily segment the offers to based on different criteria so im able to show the right offer to the right people at the right time.

Its very easy to use with a nice and clean UI, im able to get a new project up in no time at all.
A/B split testing is another big bonus for me.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They're not as established as some of the bigger players in the market but that comes down to them being a relatively newer player in the industry. As long as they continue to grow and improve they have a bright future ahead

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

current for my use it basically has what i need, but i would like to see them continue to grow and work on their future roadmap.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

being able to segment down my offers based on behavioral actions is a game changer for me. i used to have to combine 2 different tools to try and get a similar effect but now they got something here that just simply works.

Yes
