What are the best aspects of this product?
Convertful gives the most power for simplicity ratio I have tried. I'm typically used to WordPress based solutions, and in comparison, those simply don't match up - especially as an agency in regards to client friendliness.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
An agency license package would be great, however, I'm transparent with clients about what we use so we can have our clients sign up to their own accounts which work out fine. I have another tool that is also very good that does give me unlimited domains, which I use for clients. But for my own sites, I use Convertful currently as it has more advanced targeting than anything else on the market I have tried.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
Agency Licensing. In terms of features though, I think Convertful is leading the pack.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Removes any barriers to implementing opt-ins - any level of technical ability will be fine with this product - the same can not be said about WordPress based plugin solutions.

Thrive Leads & ConvertPro (WordPress plugins). Also, I use ConvertBox.
Why did you decide to change it?
ConvertFul is the most advanced combined with simplicity - the balance by the creators is seriously impressive. ThriveLeads is super confusing IMO. ConvertPro is really good, but the responsive results are not very good (Thrive even worse on that front).
ConvertBox I use with my clients who don't need their own dashboard - it's also very very good and I'm super happy with that product too.
Convertful though has ticked every box I needed even for very specific advanced targeting, and the design options are market leading.
