What are the best aspects of this product?
The rendering is fast and customer service is prompt, it is quite simple to use if you know basic rendering.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Customer service cause after encountering issue on the technical aspect (My limit of rendering ran out on it's own, I am a paid user), they avoid you mentioning that someone will contact me but didn't. I need to pester them for reply, it have been more than a week and when asks them if they can't meet the date line to solve my issue. The reply that I receives from them is: WE APOLOGIZED IF WE CAN'T SOLVE THE ISSUE, YOU GOT TO GIVE US MORE TIME CAUSE IT IS A TOUGH ISSUE. YOU SHOULD DEAL WITH YOUR CLIENTS YOURSELF, WE ARE SORRY. WE DON'T COMPENSATE YOU AS WE ALSO DOESN'T HAVE FAITH IN OUR OWN TECHNICAL STAFF WHICH IS WHY, I CAN'T PROMISE YOU ANYTHING IF WE CAN'T MEET THE DATELINE.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
A faith in their own product, something that protect the end user if it is an issue cause by system. Upgrade the system for that month for the user or give an backup account along that line so as to allow the believer of the product software a confidence in that when something happen, you will care.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Speed of rendering but a lot of feature still not up, feedback weren't appreciated.
