What are the best aspects of this product?
Cornerstone is perfect for every company looking to 'walk with time', because it is modern and constantly improved. You won’t have troubles to learn it or to use it, because it has the most intuitive and user-friendly interface you've ever seen. As you guess, exceptional products always come with exceptional support, and Cornerstone's support is the most reliable one I've worked with so far. For me, Cornerstone is for LMSs what Amazon is for online sales. The best!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I switched to the mobile app, but it is not exactly the same as their regular site, at least not in terms of speed and functionality. I also mind the inability to change starting/finishing dates of separate courses and to cohesively in some past situations that are extremelly important for our prospective proxy enrollments. This is something that must be changed in our case because we are loading plenty of historical data.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
First and foremost, we are not live yet, but we're pretty much aware of what we are dealing with. We used reporting and automated notifications a lot, and we saw that the product has an amzing effect on our productivity. I expect it to be our irreplaceable asset for external compliance training, and I am confident that it will handle even the most complicated report requests.
