What are the best aspects of this product?
This is a tool to do training, and to track it consequently. Awesome for large curricula, easy for basic tasks. You get a lot of facilitated learning, from special meetings to yearly conferences and compliance trainings, so you won't stay behind. You can use any softtware training material you want, and you get awesome reporting tools that require minimal manipulation to summarize important data.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't like enhancement requests, I mean not how they're done, but how they're working. I am aware, however, that getting good enhancement requests doesn’t affect all customers, and there are more important codes that need enhanced customization. Another thing I mind is the area of reporting: I still don't understand if I can report on particular events (who completed the training, for instance); and in case I can-how?
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Due to the highly diverse nature of our training requirements, we weren't able to find workable software for quite a while. We did tracking manually, which is not exactly somebody's dream job. We did many mistakes too, especially while reporting. Cornerstone was a blessing for us, now we can automate our processes and check transcripts electronically.
