This is great product for Performance management

What are the best aspects of this product?

Cornerstone is advanced Talent Management system that offers great set of features that are intuitive and easily configured. The UI is user friendly and all its functions like Learning, performance, succession, recruiting and Connect integrate perfectly. And the other good thing that I like about this product is its community and support team and they always listen their customers’ feedback.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are some pages that are not updated but as I heard they are working on them. So I don’t have something to dislike about this tool because it work perfectly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have found this solution extremely helpful for Performance management and succession. They help us to implement new supervisor relationship model and to replace annual reviews with process that is throughout the year.
