What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it offers me access of huge amount of learning and development activities and training sessions. Within our comapny we have different development channels and this means that it’s extremely useful to have all these activities in one place. Also, it provides you with access of performance tracking tools and development tools. I personally like its Goals and Performance Review feature for tracking my current situation and to exchange opinions with our managers.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes when you want to complete progress with certain activities you’ll see that the program is not as intuitive as it should be and even the options on Curriculum training are not intuitive as well.

It helps you to be part of some learning activities so you can work on your knowledge and skills. You can get feedback so you can make better decisions that would lead you towards success.
