What are the best aspects of this product?
Cornerstone is great tool that satisfies great array of learning management needs. It is customizable and you can make it simplified or expanded according to your audience’s needs. Also, its customer support service is one of the best, starting from online community, weekly success live sessions, our success manager, geographical user-group including annual conference to global tech support center. I haven’t found this kind of support in other products. You can be sure that all your needs will be satisfied.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is a learning curve because it would be helpful if you get an insight into product’s features and how to use them. They could include admin to guide us when we run into some complexity and when we receive updates and some improvements.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We used to run old database in order to enter training records. In the past few years, we managed to expan our bandwidth as a department, to perform multiple training modes including video, online classes and job aids. It helps us to organize all our training programs at the same time and report at multiple levels of organization so we can deliver best learning solution to our customers.
