What are the best aspects of this product?

There are so many great things about Corrigo: (1) its dashboard filters; (2) its reporting tools; (3) its modification abilities; and (4) its remote access feature. These made us more efficient.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope they make it more user-friendly.

It did a lot of things for us such as capturing data and information within our company -- needs, warranties, reports, etc.
