A great online diagramming software

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love its simplicity as well as the ability to collaborate with my teammates. Its ease of use and the availability of thousands of inbuilt templates make it possible to complete a project faster. The ability to order items in the chart is pretty useful. It lets me add new cost bends in it. Also, it stores the projects in the cloud so it is possible to access them anywhere.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot keep all of my diagrams that run with the same subject together because of the limited space. Apart from that, this tool does not offer a capability to stick in articles such as sections. There are limitations but the tool still remains helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Creately to draw diagrams such as ER, Class, and create a variety of FSMs on a daily basis.
