A really good tool for mapping business processes

What are the best aspects of this product?

I use Creately to create flowcharts of our business processes. It is pretty awesome and really helpful. Whenever there is something I have to explain to my staff, I just go and summarize the idea in a chart. It is easier to communicate a message when there is a visual aid. The desktop version of the app is also pretty useful. The pricing scheme is also nice.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

A few years ago, I was using the Mac desktop version of this tool and I lost a lot of information. I have stopped using that version since that incident but would consider it if someone can guarantee it is already 100% safe to use. Also, the Android and iPhone app only lets you view the processes. It would be great if they can also be used for editing works.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I can map all business processes and also create organizational charts. The charts and diagrams have been very helpful to my staff. It put all important things they need to know and remember in the charts so they have a reference when the need for that information arise.
