Creately – a very useful dynamic diagramming tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

It comes with a variety of useful features like one-click create, smart shapes, text-to-shapes, drag-and-drop function, real time collaboration, online comments as well as discussion threads. All of these make it easier to create diagrams of any type perfectly. I have already successfully created infographics, flowcharts, charts and graphs, and many more with this tool. It is very easy to use. No need for highfalutin skills. Also, the tool works online and offline which is great because the loss of internet connection does not stop me from completing my tasks on this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot copy and paste in objects such as brackets. The options are extremely limited and something as simple as sections cannot be stuck in from other sources.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped me create er diagrams, sequence diagrams, dfd, as well as system design for one of our customer’s desired application.
