What are the best aspects of this product?
It’s a pretty good tool for creating visual representation, in our case, of the products we were developing. So the people involved in the creation of the product can clearly and easily understand the step-by-step procedure. It’s an amazing diagram tool, really.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I find the available designs pretty simple and basic. It would be nice if they offer a way to integrate videos or ability to create 3-dimensional graphics.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
It has made it easier for the team to create a graphic representation of the products to be made. The collaboration tools are also very helpful because it has allowed our team to work seamlessly together to figure out the best possible design for the software product.
