What are the best aspects of this product?

The org charts and other diagrams we’ve created using this tool looked really nice. We’re also able to export them into printable word and sometimes PDF documents with so a much ease. Generally, it has made my work and life easier. It is easy to use, organized, and overall awesome.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wasn’t able to include pictures of our staff in the organization chart. It would be nice if they add this capability (or perhaps, it’s already there but haven’t discovered yet). The text is quite difficult to navigate. I usually struggle co-aligning texts and shapes of the chart. Other users who need or want to view our creations are required to register and pay first, which is pretty not practical and appealing. Hopefully, they get rid of the registration. Lastly, I hope there’s a way to share our outputs with the people that need it quickly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

All employees now know who does what in the organization. There’s no “who’s who?” issue anymore. We realized that having an easy-to-understand, professional looking, and easily accessible organization chart has brought us many benefits. We now have the org chart printed and posted in every department’s break or conference room. We’ve also included the chart in every New Employee Binder so new hires are able to access the information with ease.
