Great for creating charts that help me keep track of my research procedures

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is easy to use and intuitive. I have been using this tool for quite a while now and I haven’t experienced a need to visit any help pages for guides yet. Whenever I need to do something for the first time, I just explore the tool and fortunately always able to figure out the process with ease. Another thing, it is on the cloud which means there is no need to install additional software. On top of that, I am able to access my charts and plans anytime and anywhere.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is an open source solution for personal use but sadly it does not provide users with an option to have private charts for free. If you want to get the most out of it, you need to pay for the service even if it is for personal or small projects.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As a researcher, I usually come across different ideas. But as a normal human being, it is often hard to remember every idea that comes to my mind. It is a struggle so I needed a tool that will help me keep track of everything. With Creately, I am able to create and use charts (specifically Gantt chart) to keep track of the research process. It is helping me branch each task and make a subtask for each idea that I need to check. With this tool, I don’t miss any idea and task anymore.
