Great tool for creating interactive diagrams

What are the best aspects of this product?

The fast and seamless drag-and-drop interface makes it easy and simple to make flowcharts. There are pre-made templates available which are helpful whenever we need to create flowcharts but don’t have enough time to start from scratch. The free version is also awesome because it gives users access to essential items, content boxes, arrows, and shapes. It’s pretty good for those with no budget yet or those who want to try the tool first before making a purchase.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The free version also gives users access to collaboration tools but there are limitations. For example, the team client can collaborate with the free client but the latter can possibly change in the event that it has more or less 60 articles.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has made it easier for team members to work together. The collaboration tools are definitely the best thing about this solution. When a change has been made to the flowchart, we can easily leave a remark in real time. It’s pretty easy and allowed us to complete charts faster.
