It is an amazing tool for creating diagrams

What are the best aspects of this product?

I find it easier to present information or discuss a topic when using charts or a diagram. Found this tool while searching for something that can be used to create easy-to-understand charts and I’m glad it performs fairly well. I am able to organize information effectively. The variety of templates available is also awesome! On top of that, it comes with collaboration tools which make it possible to work with my colleagues on a certain chart when needed. It makes things easier. You know, usually, two heads are better than one.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The free version gives access to only a few, chosen functionalities and templates. So it’s quite not possible to figure out what you can accomplish using only the free version. It will only let you have a glimpse of the solution.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I love the wide array of templates available. I was always able to find a template that fits whatever topic or information at hand. Generally, Creately has helped me present information in an easy to understand way.
