What are the best aspects of this product?

I have already used many other diagramming tools before and by far I can tell Creately is the one that does it job very well. It is very easy to use, got a really huge database of pre-made templates, and provides us with lots of amazing elements and incredible color choices. It offers us tools we can use to make a diagram appear like how we want it to be.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The con would be the need to delete diagrams just to make space for the new ones. Choosing which one to delete can be a real struggle. So hopefully, it would be able to accommodate more diagrams so there’s no need to let go of other finished output anymore.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I sometimes use this tool to create exciting and fun games for my students but most of the time I use it to diagram their grades.
