What are the best aspects of this product?

This tool is available as a cloud application and desktop app for Linux, macOS, and Windows. It offers constant collaboration which means different users within an organization is able to take a shot at a single diagram. Its library of layouts isn’t extravagant but it got a low sticker cost.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We wanted to cancel an account but it seems like they don't allow it. We’ve already raised this concern to the vendor and waiting for the response.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this tool to create flowcharts for MVPs of our projects. We usually use the charts to explain to our clients how an application works because it is easier for them to digest information when there’s a visual aid. It is also great as a collaboration tool. We are able to work together effectively and successfully finish projects.
