Creatio has excellent customizing capabilities that can fit the organization's needs. It has features that help in automating business processes--user page creation, task creation, target marketing, automatic sending of emails, business process structuring, many more. It really helps with data management and customer relations.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Processing large procedures take a long time.

Managing employees' tasks has been more efficient. Tasks are outlined to them at the start of the day and they can manage them according to urgency, priority, and many more; mistakes were lessened; data quality increased; and sales operation efficiency increased.
