What are the best aspects of this product?

Crelate provides us with an excellent reporting feature. It also improves our candidate and internal communications. I am able to review profiles online and reach out to candidates on the same platform. I can also share information with my coworkers and tag them to perform some tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish sending and receiving emails would be faster and could be done in bulk with their messaging feature. Their mobile version needs a lot of improvement for it to be able to be on par with its cloud-based platform in terms of stability and UX design.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This platform serves us well when creating workflows and managing communications. It gives us a clear view of our history and exchange with candidates.
