What are the best aspects of this product?
It is simple which adds to how reliable its features are. You do not have to struggle with the features as they can be easily navigated. For the customization part, it is highly customizable where you can create workflows in the form of stages to suit your business needs. The customer support is seamless where you can get help whenever you come across an issue when using this product. The training is also on request and thus even a new user will be able to make the best use of Crelate when that need arises. When you compare with other similar tools, Crelate is accommodative of even the small businesses. Its features are not heavy even with the subsequent upgrades, which add value to how well you can make use of it.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It has problems also just like most tools have. However, it has proven to be reliable in so many ways. For the case of the dislikes I came across using this product, its features are not that well defined. Probably, it is because they are still in the making and thus a work in progress. For example, when it comes to their search tools, they do not work as you would expect. Also, when managing a candidate, there are some things that need addressing or adding to this feature to make it more reliable. For example, they could include an office hour per week for all users who have been assigned a customer representative. The good thing is that, most of these suggestions are in the pipeline to be included in their future upgrades and thus positive expectations.

It has helped us improve how we recruit and manage candidates. We are entrusted to recruit the best candidates for our clients and thus we deal with multiple projects for that role. With Crelate, we can customize the system to suit our needs and those of our clients. Each project is different and thus Crelate has been able to accommodate those needs on our end. The search tool is reliable as it helps us to identify a candidate and know more about them before we can even recruit him or her. It allows us to view the conversation history of a specific candidate and what came out of that. With Crelate, we are able to import data of a new candidate to a new project which adds value to how we manage the entire process.
