Excellent CRM tool

What are the best aspects of this product?

Crelate has many great features including search and reporting tools and parsing extensions. It also lets you work on several workflows.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We were using a different CRM tool before and the process of migrating data hasn’t gone as well as we expected. The Crelate team did their best though, and the mistakes are allowable given the huge amount of data that they needed to work on.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This software is beneficial for us mainly because it helps us develop workflows that perfectly fit our needs.
