What are the best aspects of this product?

As a staff recruiting firm, our clients’ demands are unique and the volume is bulk in terms of delivery. Crelate has made is possible for us to satisfy those needs while we stay within our reach in terms of capacity. We were referred to this product by another firm and at first we were hesitant as we did not want to tip the balance from our usual way of doing business. To our surprise, Crelate was as advertised. It was simple to use and the customer support was highly responsive to every query we raised on their platform. It was easy for us to migrate to another staff recruitment tool. The customer support team treated us as a very important client which was bliss on our part.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Crelate does not offer security for data in terms of where the users can go or not go. It would be nice if they offered restrictions of where some users can go and where they are not allowed to go. Such restrictions would help to keep the sensitive data or clients or candidates safe from users. Also, there should be a feature that forces or entices users to go and enter data in particular sections. This feature would help to outline the duties and tasks of the users in a clear way. With such a feature, users will be able to know what they are supposed to do while in the system.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have been able to manage candidates from the time they are entered into the system to when they are selected for a role. During all tis, Crelate has helped us to document each candidate based on their qualifications and fit for the job. With such a database we are able to meet the requirements and the future needs of our clients s we have all the data we need for our candidates. Everything has been smooth in terms of candidate relationship management thanks to Crelate. We are able to move fast and with precision when managing and recruiting candidates based on the unique needs of our clients and thus the ability to deliver within the deadline.
