What are the best aspects of this product?

It is a reliable tool when you come to think of it. Previously, we were using Sendouts to manage our projects. This is no match to what Crelate brings to the table. It offers what we were lacking in terms of functionalities, ease of use and customization needs. With the view of the system, it helps you to be more organized. For example, you can view your open projects on the same platform and get notifications on any changes that take place. It is also possible to see which applications are new on the system. When managing multiple candidates, you can send out emails to all of them at once which is great.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This may be my mistake or fault so far. Although the tool is great in terms of managing projects, I have not been able to grasp how the search tools work. It is still unfamiliar to me of what I an expected to do. The training team is however very responsive to any problem or issue that we face and I can only make time to learn how this feature works. For example, I need to know where and which tag to use when not to use it. Although it requires time to learn those things, I have no option if I want to make the best use of this product for my projects.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before Crelate we were getting a low volume of applicants for the jobs we post. However, we have been overwhelmed by that volume as we are getting more and more candidates by the day. It may be due to their consistency in adding new and better features in their upgrades. We have become better at our job and Crelate has made this possible for us. The features are reliable and simple to navigate which adds to our being productive. Since our main problem was to get the right candidate for the job to respond or apply for the postings, this product has provided us with that solution and more.
