What are the best aspects of this product?

It is an amazing tool to work with. It makes everything look easy with its simple interface. It offers seamless support in terms of how you can manage all your projects. For example, I can see everything from a single page and thus there is no need to switch pages when I want to view something different. It keeps me well organized when I want to manage my recruitment exercise. On top of that, there are frequent software updates, which come with features that you want. To update to a new version, you do not have to pay extra, which adds to the value of the product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is always a satisfying experience using this tool for your recruitment work. It helps to track your subjects and zero-in on the candidate you are looking for without much hustle. It is thus difficult to point out something I do not like about this tool. However, when I was getting started, I had to transfer or migrate all my data into the system. This was a hectic moment on my part. The good thing is that, they have a reliable and highly responsive technical team that has users in mind. We were able to get help on how to do it with ease which was the case in the end.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has become reliable add-on as a project management tool. We have for long had the problem of tracking multiple candidates and projects on the go. it was not easy before we implemented Crelate. Luckily, we can now tell a different story now that we have this product by our side. It has become seamless in terms of support. I am able to manage multiple projects and track the progress of each candidate without much effort. It is easy to navigate through the system which allows me to check the information of both the candidates and also that of on-going projects. With such flexibility, it has made my work easier as an administrator in my business.
