What are the best aspects of this product?
Crelate is a highly accessible platform, given that it is cloud-based. They released new versions of the iPhone and iPad applications which have apparent significant improvements from the previous one. The platform has grown to have more functionalities and it is also user-friendlier than before. Their support team has always been ready and willing to work out customization settings with us and help us have a better experience with their product.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think there is a lot of room for improvement for their newly released mobile version. We mainly access Crelate through a web browser so this isn’t really a big concern for us.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Crelate helps us with creating a workflow and managing a large number of clients and candidates.
