Crelate’s support team is quick to respond whenever we report issues. Their dev team is also constantly working to improve the platform.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I hope I could learn how to work more efficiently with this software given the many options it presents for performing a single task. I’ve heard they will add more integrations in the near future that will allow for better tracking of activities. I would appreciate these additional capabilities very much.

Crelate serves as our central database. This is where we keep all candidate-related documents and notes, including resumes, references, and agreements. It helps us be more efficient, better organized, and better focused on other important aspects of our business.
