What are the best aspects of this product?
Very easy to use and have all tools I need. We have replaced many controls in paper, several Excel spreadsheets and small systems that did not talk to each other and did not have a single base.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
We didn't see anything wrong with the Continuum to date. It is really a very nice software.
